1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using DibsQueue within your Slack workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service

DibsQueue provides resource occupancy locking, waiting queues, and notification services for Slack workspaces.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DibsQueue offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued unlimited usage requires a flat-rate subscription of $24/month per Slack workspace, billed through Stripe.

4. Availability & SLAs

We aim for 99.9% uptime, deploying on high-availability Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or uninstall DibsQueue at any time directly through Slack or your billing portal.
